Adding New Items — scaffold reference
To publish a new resource:
  1. For a download — drop the file (PDF, ZIP, etc.) into /downloads/ at the repo root.
  2. For an interactive tool — drop the HTML file into /career-content/tools-and-resources/.
  3. Open this page (index.html) in your editor.
  4. Find the comment block labeled TEMPLATE — INTERACTIVE TOOL CARD or TEMPLATE — DOWNLOAD CARD.
  5. Copy the matching <a class="resource-card"> block, paste it directly above its placeholder, and edit href, name, description, file size.
  6. Replace the matching placeholder card with another fresh one (or remove the placeholder once the section is full).
  7. Commit and push. GitHub Pages auto-deploys.
